Identification request

Found this oddball knife in a bucket of tools at a yard sale and can't seem to nail it down. I would assume the scales have been removed but I don't know what the originals would look like. Forgive the photo orientation but have troubles with new phone.

You're missing the handles shown in GTRCLKTR-351's picture. They came off for easy cleaning. Apparently they were also easily lost.

Nailed it GTR. I couldn't find a picture and it doesn't have a patten number.
