All About Pocket Knives

This month we have a trio of experienced knives that Beresman (Brent) wanted to share with the AAPK community that are each unique and good EDC knives; and three-for-the-price-of-one is always a good deal, right?

First up is a Case XX model 6375 stockman. All blades have been sharpened, and all show staining. The scales have been replaced with a colorful swirl acrylic material that will not outgas like celluloid! All blades snap well; the main has a tiny bit of wobble.

Second is a Boker USA model 1786 that came to Brent without the celluloid scales which had outgassed (based on some evidence on the blades). The scales have been replaced with cherry red acrylic. All blades snap well, but the Spey blade has a bit of wobble.

The last of the giveaway knives is a Bertram Cutlery Hen & Rooster Congress knife, Model 324C-LB. The scales had outgassed, and the blades showed some staining and spotting. Brent does not believe the blades have been sharpened; if they have, it was very minimal. Full etch on the main blade. The scales have been replaced with red acrylic. All blades snap well with no discernible wobble. Good Luck!

The next-place winner will be sent an AAPK PM, and they will have one day to respond with contact and shipping information. If the next-place winner does not respond within one day, the knife will be offered in the same manner to the next player on the list without going over.
