Help me find information about this knife, possibly European?

Friends, I ask you to help me identify the manufacturer of this interesting knife with mother-of-pearl scales. What I see are two crossed axes, and between them are three letters P, R and S. Below is a word that is hard to read. It seems that the word is "FUNST...", but I could be wrong.
The spring on the scissors is not original. The original spring broke and I replaced it with Victorinox.

I'm kinda getting a French-made feeling from that knife, but that's just a guess. I'm thinking probably not German, as it looks like pins are NS like the bolsters. Nice one, anyway.

I can’t say anything for sure about the country of origin. This is the first time I have seen such a mark. I actually thought this was Sweden.

The bottom line looks like it could be "FEINSTAHL",German for "fine steel", but I'm rarely right on anything.

Oh, this is already interesting. This is useful information. In principle, the word "FEINSTAHL" could fit under two axes. We need to dig deeper in this direction.

That's J.R.S. Feinstahl. I've seen a number of knives with that mark but only one, a deer hoof knife, said Made in Czechoslovakia. Can't be sure though if all the knives were made there or just the deer hoof ones.
