1939 New York World's Fair Official Souvenir Knife

I picked up a knife in its original box from a flea market. It's from the 1939 New York World's Fair and says it's an "Official Souvenir" of the fair. It has the blue/orange coloring like the other official souvenirs do. I also checked past discussions and saw a similar one in ivory color, but I've searched around on Google (image and text searches) and can't find anything referencing this specific version.
I'm wondering if anyone has seen another or has more information about it (besides what's on the box, ha!) I can't find any maker marks on the blade base or anywhere else on the knife.

OK... As soon as I posted this, I looked at the pictures again and noticed for the first time there is a maker name on the box! How many times have I looked at this and not noticed??? Yeeesh!

Cool knife, for sure - and with the original box! Nice grab there!

First one I've seen. It's different from the regular Washington replica in that a chain loop is built into the backspring. Not sure it is the same size(no dimensional reference);there are at least 2 sizes I know of.
Interesting that they left Washington's signature on the handle; that commemorative was issued in 1932.
Here are some pics of a World's Fair knife by Colonial, one from the 1934 World's Fair, Washington knives in 2 sizes(small one by Camillus; large by B&B) & one without a signature(also Camillus).

Sorry, I meant to put that in and forgot. The size is 1 7/8 closed. 3 1/4 open. The widest part of the handle (not counting the chain loop area) is 5/16.
Thanks for the information on the similar knives!
