All About Pocket Knives

Hello fellows, I got my hands on to this very nice looking old russian knife but I have just know idea what it really is and I couldn't find anything about it. If anyone could figure out anything please keep me informed, Thank you!

Hello, I can read Russian. However, it is difficult to read anything from these photographs. Take normal photos and I will help you. Also take photos of the marks on the blades.

I still managed to read the text and find information about this knife.
The following is written in Russian: “Artel named after the 17th Party Congress, the city of Pavlovo on / (river - author’s note) Oka of the Metartsoyuz System.”
The knife is rare and especially valuable. A pocket knife from the second half of the 30s (1934–1937), produced by the artel named after the 17th Party Congress (Pavlovo), which was part of the Metartelsoyuz or, for short, Metartsoyuz.

The 17th Party Congress took place in January-February 1934. Therefore, the artel either arose in 1935, or one of the old artels took this name. In any case, the artel did not exist for long, since in the early 40s there were only five large promartels left in Pavlovo and the Artel named after the 17th Party Congress of Pavlovo was not one of them (unverified source).
