Winchester?

Saw this one on Ebay and couldn’t help noticing that it looks remarkably like this United Cutlery sleeveboard knife that I use to own. The seller doesn’t really claim it’s authentic but it sure looks like someone doctored up a Japanese made United Cutlery and somehow hot stamped the blades. If I’m wrong please point out my mistake.
