Seen a video , looked some what like a sodbuster , but you pulled the ring one the end and it opened , Ill try to find a pic online that looks close to it . Thanks .

yes , thats where i found the pic , close to the one i seen before i think , i wondered if they were pretty good, or just a novelty ?

No, I personally do NOT think that they are very well made.
They have a tendency to "self-open."
I sure as hell wouldn't want one to accidentally open in my pants pocket. OUCH!!
I am NOT 100% positive, but I think that CUMOSA knives were sold as do-it-yourself kits.

They very likely were, Skip, Edgeco is the company that sold the "kit" knives back in the 80's, the one's that came unassembled and the customer put it together. They were sent to knife restricted countries and you either had to install the spring or the blade since Customs considers that as "parts" and legal to import, to the best of my knowledge.
