Email say offer

I got a email this morning stating I had a offer on a knife, but when pulling up “Offers from customers” from ny sellers page, it’s nowhere to be found? I email the member and told him I had received a email but it not showing in my offer page… not sure if anyone else has had that issue?

Hi Jamie,
With our current store software, this can happen if a customer cancels their offer.
