Am I doing something wrong?

I am new to AAPK. I have tried 3 times to contact James & Co. to inquire about purchasing a knife. I have gotten no reply and am wondering if I may not be following proper AAPK protocol. I tried the "Direct Contact" tab on the store page and the "Contact Seller" tab on the knife listing page. I tried PM but received this message: 'We are sorry, but you are not authorised to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more in discussions to be able to use this feature '. Any assistance will be appreciated.
Yea, I did something wrong. I should've checked FAQ. I found clarification on contacting a seller there. Oh well, live and learn.
