Mystery knife 24

Got this awhile back & have failed to find any info on it to date.
Construction & finish reminds me of an old Bonsa knife I had once(metal sides & chrome plated).
Engraved on the blade is: .A. SUMAR. J. with a fish . On one bolster the number 24 is stamped.
Looks to be an inexpensive German knife of circa 1950's. Any ideas?

The dot style engraving says to me Asian sub-continent rather than German. But at best a guess.

There is a knife from this maker for sale on eBay UK: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/164731225574. The description says the knife is from India.

I can't help with any info on your knife, K7K, but it does look expensive to me, and, it's way cool!
I'm a big all-metal knives fan, and that one fits the bill perfectly!
