Just received this Parker Little Bandit clasp knife that I won on that auction site. As I was the only bidder I was nervous that I picked a lemon, but all seems fine. After checking the edge it appears unused and all the other mechanicals are good so I feel I’ve got one of Jim Parker’s better pieces. Score!

There are some really fine Parkers. And he had some exceptional smooth bone handles. Congrats.

Nice looking knife. I have a couple of Parkers and have no problems with them.

Thanks guys. The bone is real nice. The surprising thing is for a knife measuring 4 1/2" closed it feels great in the hand, not bulky at all.

I have a few as well, EDCed one last week, the Kansas Kane Kutter. No issues with the ones I have, yours looks nice.

I think it hits the sweet spot of it's nice enough to want to carry and make you feel good but not too nice that you'll be afraid to use it.

Little Bandit was the first knife I bought with my own money in the mid 70s …..I liked it so much that now I have 21 of them in the display case…. Honestly back then I would rather have bought knives with my dads money but I guess he had issues with that…but the Parker’s I have a couple of the lockback smooth bone the normal jigged bone, a couple Xmas scales and a couple stag…

Thank you woodwalker and toomany…. I just picked one up and the you look in the display case and see “you may have a problem” I try to not hoard but where is the line between having a few and having a problem?

I have the same issues with firearms.
