Another Jewelry Box Find

I was going through an old jewelry box that I had stored away and found several pocket knives that I had forgotten about. This is another one from the estate sale of the store contents of a local locksmith in the late 1970's.

I can't read the tang stamp. Is it a Boker USA ?

While it is stamped faintly, using a 10X18mm loop, I read 494 which is the only mark on either side of of either blade tangs. It seems to be referred to as a Boker-Barlow.
