All About Pocket Knives

Just an introduction from a long time knife collector. I've always collected knives on and off in one form or another. Nothing too fancy but all good quality blades. I own knives made by Colonial, Ontario, Marble's, Case, Boker, Imperial, Gerber, Camillus, Ka-Bar, Kershaw, Keen-Kutter, Schrade, Helle, Opinel, Roselli,and Mora. Lately, I've kinda branched off into axes, such as Roselli, and Gransfors Bruks. I also inherited my dad's collection which unfortunately consisted mostly of cheap Chinese made knives, although he did have a few American made brands. I tend towards Carbon steel blades and away from SS but that's not always possible. I see there are a number of seperate forum's dedicated to specialized brands. In the future, I hope to be posting pics of my collection in those forums, so until then.

Your status concerning the knife collections is usually the other way around, dad's usually have the more desirable knives, USA made knives and the son has the cheapies. Looks like you'll enjoy the forum.
