HOLLEY LAKEVILLE

I'm back again trying to get a solid answer on this very nice knife. I posted questions about this knife a few years ago.
I haven't looked for the post.
I wish someone would convince me that this isn't a real Holley, Lakeville. It just doesn't seem right to me. A little too flashy for Holley.
I think the glittery celluloid would bring up those guys lunch up there in Lakeville.
I think Holley stamped all their blades and this one is not stamped on the smaller pen blade.
It is lightly stamped "HOLLEY - LAKEVILLE" on the clip.
It is a very solid 3 5/8" Jack knife with two half stops and absolutely no wiggle. Strong springs.
And I like celluloid, especially when it's stable, as this is.
