Goins says “Favorite Knife Co. c 1939 A trademark used by Stratton-Warren Hardware, Memphis, Tennessee”.

Thank you for the information .The knife was found by an older gentleman in a flea market about a hundred miles from Memphis.He is a fellow knife enthusiast but has never had a need for the internet . I think he just got his first cell phone a couple years ago so his children would be satisfied. The knife coming from so close to home will be a bonus to him .thanks again .
