Great Used Condition

I noticed this on the store as I Iogged in this morning-- a Gerber 06 said to be in "good condition" for a price barely less than new.
The blade has been heavily resharpened to the point a massive amount of steel is missing, and whoever did so was so ham-fisted they even took some of the serrations with it. Plus, some random guy's name is engraved on the blade. Yet, the seller thinks they can get $199 out of it. Same knife, brand new, is $207. It's neither rare nor vintage either. Heck, I think some branches of the military issue these to troops.
