Trouble loading pictures after the latest IOS update

I’m having trouble loading pictures to my store. I keep getting a message saying that the file is incompatible with the format required. But these are JPG files, I checked. The only way I have been able to get this to work is by turning off my IPad and restarting. But of course I lose all the information I’ve entered already so I have to start over. It will work this second time, but not the first time. This has happened two days in a row. the only thing that changed is that I had an update from Apple on the IOS system.
I already have to email the pictures from my photos to lower the quality so the file will fit and it is here that I see that it’s a jpg file. Something isn’t playing nice since this latest update from Apple. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Mark,

Do you have chrome or Firefox on your iPad? It would be helpful to see if this is happening across browsers or on Safari only.

The fact that restarting the iPad resolves the issue suggests there could be a memory or cache-related problem. A first stab at remedying this would be to clear the browser cache if you haven't already.

First chance I get Bryan. I know I am using Google Chrome for a browser. I will email a picture as soon as I can get to it.
