case 53087 ?

fellas you think i should clean this old knife up or just list it for sale like it is. its a good old knife 1940 to 1969 53087 3 blade stockman. looks like just a little pintina on the blades nothing bad dont see any pis dont think. some people dont like for you to clean them and some people do..thanks for your help in advance denny

Nice old knife. I would just oil the joints and take a number 2 pencil lead to it if you see any active rust on the metal. That's all you need to do in my humble opinion. :)

Ditto.
When my blades have that kind of patina, I wipe them with oil occasionally, as well as oiling the joints. It keeps them from rushing and gives a beautiful shine that I appreciate.
You have a beautiful knife there!
