All About Pocket Knives

I found this knife and was trying to figure out it manufacturer and origin but can't find nothing on it.

Judging from the appearance, I believe that it is a handmade custom knife. The nail nick in particular looks to have been cut in with a Dremel or Foredom type tool. I am not criticizing it - that is a notoriously difficult thing to make in a way that looks correct without expensive specialized cutters.
