Winchester Knife

Can someone please help me identify how old this knife is and potentially how much it’s worth. I got it from a friend a couple of years ago and I can’t find it anywhere online. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know anything about your knife, but I think the knife and sheath are both marked Win. Here is an eBay knife by the same name. I suspect they are from the same place.
