You got some beauties there !! But, where did you get the dates? One cannot at all use Case pocket knife charts for Case fixed blades. The Case "serifs" mark was never used on pocket knives and it began in 1932-33. Chrome plating of the blades began at the same time. Did you get the proper sheaths with the knives? Sheaths also help with dating.

The man that had these knives, and a few hundred others, was a Case employee whose job it was, was to make the large case display boxes back when case manufactured them. he was a long time case collector starting in the 4os.he died sever years ago and his nephew is selling them to pay med bills. longer story on how I came by them
. The box he sent them in was printed in feb 5 1935 and still has the factory tag on it. Box is in very good condition. Its not the box for these knives but was for a Case knife-ax. They were chromium plated, thats in 1935. If any body would like this box for their case collection let me know.

I did not use the case dating system for folders, I used the case dating data for hunting knives. Tjhere were 2 tang stamps used for fixed blades of the same date, similar but one stamp uses a larger C sligthly different style. I trust the word of the previous ownere as well. Thanks for your concernover the dating. I dont collect case, no interest in them but these beauties really caught my eye.
