One is stamped CLEARCUT GEO WORTHINGTON CO, small sleeveboard, with black composition handles. The other is very hard to read with some pitting, but looks like FENN, PENN, TENN, there are more letters but but I can't make them out, you can see Cutlery and NY, sleeveboard bone. This knife really puzzles me, my next purchase will be a Goings Encyclopedia. Thanks for any help,
Joe

Goins just says the name Clearcut
the George Worthington Co.
1902-1949
Then under Worthington, he implies the name Clearcut actually started in 1906?? In Cleveland.

Bernie Levine calls the George Worthington Co a hardware wholesaler from Cleveland OH, using Trailblazer, Harvard and Clearcut as brands.
1829-1949
that's it!

Did you happen to come up with anything for the prefix I gave on the other knife? I will try to take some pics, thanks a bunch for the info.
