TLC For A Couple of Old Pumas

A got this pair of old Puma folders, a "666 Gelder" and "675 Stock Knife", from our very own Steve Pfeiffer last week. In addition to needing a good cleaning, each one was missing chunks of scale (cover) material on one side (first two pics, "borrowed" from Steve's auction). I like to try epoxy patching before deciding to replace an entire handle scale. I'm happy with the way these turned out with just cleaning and patching, and now I just need to find a replacement "pick" or "toothpick" that fits into the empty slot at the base of pile side of the Gelder. If anyone has one they wouldn't mind parting with or knows were I can get one, please let me know. (You can see what the head of the tweezers looks like at the base of the mark side. Thanks!

Herb, those turned out great!
I was not familiar with the Puma Gelder before your post.
Do you think that a Victorinox toothpick would fit that ?

Thanks for the kind words Reverand. The one I have is an older 666 Gelder, probably 1950's, and I just saw pictures of another one of this vintage that sold on AAPK, and it was also missing the pick. I may have to try to cannibalize a SAK just to get a pick, but of course, a plastic pick won't look right. Here's a screen picture I took of the correct pick and tweezers. I know, good luck finding one! :D

You may want to search for old Eye Witness knives, some of them will to have that old style toothpick and tweezers.
