Two Legged Parser

Okay - any of you fine folks have any pictures or information about using a two legged parser. I did find this link, but would love to learn more about this old world tool....this is the tool that allowed knifemakers to inlay shields.

Kaleb, no doubt in my mind, you'll have one of these if you have to make it yourself.
