All About Pocket Knives

I haven't been able to find much info on this knife. Maybe someone here can help me out. Looks basically like a Kamp King, but it isn't.
4-blade camp knife. The shield says "CAMP-MATE". One side of the main blade says "CHIC", and the other side says "MADE IN WESTERN GERMANY"

There was no more Western Germany after 1991, so that is one clue, I have not seen that tang stamp before though.
