All About Pocket Knives

I have a few of my recent acquisitions here that I'm trying to learn more about, hoping you all can help me out. They're as found, I'm deciding what to do with each. I'll get right to it.
1. There's alot of wood on this handle. Maybe rosewood? Tang says only japan. There's no nail knick. It seems well built. I've seen another with a blade etch that says "handmade high carbon stainless". My question is does anyone know the maker or importer?
2. Green multitool knife. Stamped miL-tech. I know nothing about this guy so any info would be cool. Spanish military issue I think?
3. So this one is cool. A PIC stainless fish knife with gaff. 1950's ish. Glow in the dark handle. I've uncovered that pic's German knives were made by linder, voos, and schlieper. Which company likely made this? Any idea what an interested collector would pay? The only other example I could find online is here in the store. The man is asking a healthy sum for it, far beyond what I'm used to. I like shell handled knives lol. He could be right on the money, I'm not trying to call anyone out. I just need to know more before I put 3 digits on a price tag.
4. Platinum edge pen from Imperial. Just looking for info on the Platinum edge line, searches only yield results for the more common diamond edge.
5. This big boy is a cool display knife with enough cherry? wood to build a small cabin. I presume the knife name (old new England family name) and it being stamped Empire on the pile side mean this knife was made to look old American, but is in fact 70's Japan. Which is great because I've been on a Japanese knife and brass&wood knife kick and this is both. What I'm looking for is info on the company that made it, the Japanese "Empire" company. Searches yield only results for the American company that closed in 1920.

I sold a glow fish knife like yours but it had fourth pliers blade and it sold fast at $300. Canadian. They are very nice knives.

I have the same knife as your first one. I don't know who made them but found one for sale in one of the AAPK stores a few weeks ago. In their description they stated as being sold by Kmart at one time. Took knife to show in Pigeon Forge, TN several years ago and could not any info about knife. That is about all I have been able to find out. Good luck, let me know if you do find who maker was.

Yeah that knife is identical. Kresge it is. First I've ever heard of it.

Knife no. 2 is a non-Victorinox 108 mm German Army Knife, or GAK. Victorinox supplied this knife to the German military in the 1970's-80's, possibly later, until it was replaced by the still-serving 111 mm in the early 2000's. At some point in there, the 108 mm knife's construction, design, etc. was licensed out and as a result you will see these knives that appear identical but which were made by over a dozen different manufacturers. There was a thread over on MTO on this subject a long time ago, but I couldn't find it just now when I looked.

The quality of the non-Vx units is spotty. The actual Victorinox knife was of very high quality and also sold with red scales as a "Safari" and green scales as a "Trooper. I still have the one I bought in high school in about 1979 or so. Recently I took one apart, dropped the saw/caplifter layer and re-handled it in white tail deer antler stag grips that I made myself. It serves now in my kitchen as a cheese knife.

A cheese knife! That's awesome. I have some wild shed white tail I've been wanting to use to replace some scales, but with limited capacity to fabricate a bolster I've been unsure about going for the double barehead look but your cheese knife looks top shelf.
