I have this Case Texted XX knife with the model number missing or worn off. I don’t know that much on Case knives, but was hoping someone could tell me the model & the name of bone that it’s considered. I hope the pictures are clear enough.
Thanks

Looks like a greenbone 62079-1/2 sleeveboard pen pattern. Case did not stamp pattern numbers on most TESTED XX era pocketknives. BTW despite what the charts say many collectors believe the TESTED XX stamp was in use until post WWII, around 1945.

Nice knife! ::tu::

Thank you very much. I researched it for awhile and threw my hands up and figured someone on here would know. I appreciate it.

Tested XX probably ran until at least 1946. Katie Shonts, the previous Case company historian thinks it may have run until 1948. There is at least one other glaring mistake in those charts.
