Unless you can get the blade open and read at least some or all of the tang stamp or other markings, identifying it will be a long shot. Could be any of half dozen or more makers.

Well, it's a swell end jack. It looks like it has wooden handle scales and iron bolsters. If that's the case it was probably an inexpensive knife. It was a common type of knife, and it could have been made by a lot of different companies.
