All About Pocket Knives

Good morning! I have a knife here I would like some input on. It doesn’t appear to have a tang stamp but I bought it for $20 because I liked it. The blade has a wrench etched on it. Any idea where this was made?

I do believe it's French. But the guy on the handle appears to be wearing clogs, so perhaps it was made for the Dutch market?

I have a knife with a different style of wrench stamped on it, and it was made by Courseille.
