I have a case shark tooth 2 dot. The knife is worn from use. Not tight anymore. No snap when opened. Wobble up and down in blade when locked open. Is there anyone who could fix at a reasonable price? Any help appreciated.

I moved this post to a forum where it might get more traffic from the knife fixers.

What is a "reasonable price" is subjective. Most good knife mechanics charge in the neighborhood of $75 per hour, plus parts, and are backlogged with work. Based on your description requirements to fix your knife could be anywhere from simply tightening up the bolster pin to rebuilding or replacing the blade, spring, or both. To get an estimate you'll likely need to send the knife to someone qualified to repair it, so a repair assessment can be made. Unless the knife has sentimental value it may be cheaper to buy a new one. JMO

If you decide to repair it, are willing to pay for the work and the time required to do it, your best option is to look at the Knife Repair subforum here viewforum.php?f=37
, find a couple of knife mechanics whose work you like and do the kind if repairs you seek, and send them a PM to start the dialog.

Buy another. Probably the best idea.
