There are a couple on ebay, and you might want to check Amazon Books. Be prepared to get off your wallet! Just like knife values, collectors know what out of print books sell for, you are not likely to find any cheap ones. I wouldn't sell mine, nor would most military knife collectors I know.

Ya, I’ve been looking at eBay & they are expensive. Probably just wait until I happen across one. Thank you for the help & advice.
