UNIQUE KNIFE ID

Hi all-
I'm wondering if anyone can ID this knife. It looks like some sort of shellfish shucker. The curved tip reminds me of a "New Haven" style Oyster Knife. The rounded tip would easily remove the meat from the shell without damaging the delicate nature of it. The teeth could be used to pry open shells or to scrape off and barnacles or other growths. Then of course, it could be totally different. Either way, I've never seem an oyster shucker like this so I'm curious to know what else it could be. Thanks.

Lol. I bought this at the Factory and the manin customer service had no idea what it was. I think it's either a prototype for a knife they were designing for a specific purpose. Or, it was a special design requested by a Dexter customer. They do lots of Custom Work like that. They have been "cleaning out" some older storage rooms and this knife was in one of them. Being so unique, I just had to buy it.
Dexter is still in business. If you contact them, I'm sure they could identify the utensil.

Oh, well color me dumb, I've not seen a non-serrated grapefruit knife!

It does resemble a grapefruit knife. But it's pretty heavy duty for that purpose. But, that also leaves the question of what the "teeth" are for. Thanks for your input!

8)I've sold DEXTER RUSSELLL knives for 20 years. They do sell or have sold both serrated and non-serrated grapefruit knives
I have grapefruit knives both serrated & plain.

My Dexter Russell oyster knife is pictured below.
That's the S 121 SaniSafe NEW HAVEN style oyster knife. Which is why I mentioned it resembles an oyster knife. Thanks for your time and input
