All About Pocket Knives

I can’t seem to find this western states sea beast with red baklite handles in TKMWWW catalog pages .Can anyone give me a year date to when it may have been made ?

It wasn't made by Western, it was made by Case for Western.

Thanks for your response.I put the knife over on the case forum to fish for more information. I did find the case sea beast in one of my reference books from the tested era Sargents 3rd edition.None of the tested knifes had the red scale color listed .also the sea beast etch on my W.S. Knife is not a match to the tested case knifes and is upside down ?

All the ones marked Case I have seen and owned had yellow handles, all the WS marked ones I have seen were red. Most if not all of Western States knives made before 1928 were contract knives by other companies, Case and KA-BAR included..
