All About Pocket Knives

Some time ago, this pocket knife arrived in a very large group or lot of pocket knives that I purchased. But, I did NOT buy the group or lot of pocket knives to obtain this particular pocket knife. It is a GERMANY, one blade, one tang stamp, 2" closed (not including the bail), pocket knife. The main blade front tang stamp says, "MADE IN (over) GERMANY" The main handle side says "CANADA" and has an image of a Royal Canadian Mounted Policeman (standing). The other handle side says nothing, it is blank. The main handle side does have a couple of issues. This pocket knife is still in FAIR+ condition. The blade has a decent opening and closing snap. I did NOT attempt to clean it. I took some pictures and here it is.

Nice! I keep meaning to add a few of these to the shelf of RCMP and Canadian EMS models I have.

That's a new one on me. Almost all of the RCMP knives that I've found have been Richards.

Until I received this one, I never saw a RCMP
pocket knife with a GERMANY tang stamp either.
But then again, I wasn't looking for one.
