What is this handmade knife?

I have this handmade lock back knife that I have had 10 years or so, it appears expertly hand engraved with worked backspring and stag handles.

If the maker didn’t put a stamp on it to identify it, you may never find out.

Yes as Ken said, if it is not stamped on the blade, will be tough to find out who made it. Did you look down inside the knife with a flashlight and the blade open to see if there is anything marked on the inside of the liners?

I don't know that I would assume the knife is handmade. Could be a kit knife or a production knife that was customized. Hard to understand why someone with the ability to engrave the knife would not employ their name or initials somewhere. Can't really tell from the pictures but could there be some ID hidden in the engraving somewhere?

Thanks for the input, several people have mentioned that there is possibly a signature located in the grass underneath the pheasant engraving on the blade

Check out the blue die added to the stag to look like the neck feathers of the pheasant!

Looks like a Precise knife that has been customized.
