All About Pocket Knives

I think it has a missing/broken bail but looks very similar to the US military PX knives I thought....is there a name for this kind of knife?
Or any knife with handle/bolsters made entirely of metal? (threw my favorite J A Henkel that is like that to show what I mean)

Scout, camp, or utility pattern us the only name I know of. Never heard of any special designation for all metal construction. "Solid steel camp knife" sounds good.
