My bestest buddy

Lift up my buddy Verlan Bearden (beer-den).
He hasn’t been feeling quite himself a couple weeks.
Long story short he’s admitted to Kennestone hospital yesterday, they’re doing a CT on his heart tonight, and a heart Catherine tomorrow. Evidently he has a defective heart valve ( undetected over 50 years…) he will need one, possibly 2 valve replacements. He is a God fearing man, blessed with a wonderful family and some shady friends! Prayers his procedures go smoothly and effectively please.

Surgery scheduled for this Friday don’t have the time yet. It will be 4-5 hours long.

Still praying for Verlan. I'm anxious to know I have the surgery went, and how Verlan is doing post-op.

Our God is an awesome God!
Verlan came off the vent late Friday night!
Sitting up in a chair and a couple of walks yesterday and today!
Hopefully out of ICU Monday or Tuesday!!!

Jody I'm just now seeing this thread. My computer has taken a few days off (and on, and off, and on.....) I will pray for Verlan's continued recovery and no complications ahead.
