Can't say. What makes you think it is? A few clearer pics of the pommel, the guard, and blade, and some dimensions might help. J.O'.

Hard to tell much from the pictures. If it has a triangular blade with a fairly wide spine it's probably a machinist's scraper. Since the Confederacy only lasted four years or so it's unlikely to be Confederate,

I think it's a handle from an old Van Camp steel that someone jambed a blade into:
