All About Pocket Knives

Bought these two at the flea market today. Thought they were one piece construction. Seam between handle & blade virtually impossible to see. Logo looks to be the letters PC. Any clue as to who made them?

That would be President's Choice. Not exactly sure what their main business is, they seem to haver their name on a huge variety of foods but also a pile of other businesses such as mobile phones, etc.
