My daughter’s husband is in critical condition and needs prayers.

He was sick with a high temp for a few days, and today went to the ER… has some kind of serious infection, plus now pneumonia. They had to life-flight him in helicopter to the University of Iowa.

His oxygen level is also a problem and many other complications plus the infection… and they’ve had to intubate him, and nothing was working… so had to put him in induced coma.

He is the dad of four our 12 grandchildren… ages 12, 9, 5 and 2.

His wife, one of our twin daughters… could use prayers too… and the entire medical team trying to save this 38yr old man’s life.

Prayers going up now JIm.

Prayers for your son-in-law and the entire family.

Wow Jim, we will bring him before our Father. Keep us updated.

Please God wrap your arms around this man and bring healing to his body. Bless all the family members surrounding him also.

He’s on day four of ventilator in ICU.

They‘ve added some new antibiotics to better target the staph infection

the high temp, low oxygen and severe pneumonia are complicating things

they brought him back to consciousness and had him stand up today and will do so every day

your prayers for Joe, my daughter Sarah and their kids are appreciated

Joe is starting his 6th day in ICU and is still on a ventilator. Please keep Joe, Sarah and their children in your prayers. Joe needs a miracle.

The medical team is trying everything to determine what next step could improve his condition, but it has been a long and winding road so far… and small steps forward are often followed by two steps backward.
