I purchased an older stiletto folding knife marked Italy. The blade won’t close completely. Can this be fixed? BTW, I’m new to the board.

If you're still around, Mark,

to AAPK!
I'm surprised no one has responded to your post with at least a welcome, but that happens occasionally, sorry.
Regarding your question, most knives can be repaired and even though I can't see it I'd assume yours is no different.
You need to post some pictures of the knife along with a detailed description of what's wrong with it.
We love seeing pictures anytime, but in this case they're necessary in order to offer any help.

Is it a switchblade ? As possibly blade peak , I was given advice on here a while back and fixed mine , involved a complete dismantling, I didn’t mind as I rebuilt it and put new covers on , blade park is coursed by west on the hole where the button latches through on the liner , you can use a hammer and a punch to gently move material back to get the hole back how it was

Just a little late.....
This is posted in the wrong place. You posted them here:
"Other foreign made knives
A place to discuss & share pictures of knives from areas of the
world other than the United States, Europe, China & Japan."
Probably more appropriate here:
"European-made knives
A place to discuss & share pictures of knives made in Europe.
Subforums: German Eye, Henckels, Hubertus"
But, I could be wrong.
