Winst: I have never seen a stag Barlow from Russell. Doesn't mean there wasn't one, just never seen one and I've seen hundreds of flat swan one's. Do you have a pic? J.O'.

I've had this little Russell pen knife with stag handles for years and still haven't found a blade for it. I've had the theory that there are other, early Russell patterns out there with stag handles - they just don't come up often.

I would still shy away from a Stag Russell
Barlow. Just my 2¢.

Tony Bose states that the knife pictured in that thread could have been rehandled once upon a time.
