ASPREY Penknife - pre WW1? Any information welcome

I was recently given this pocket knife. I sadly have no history of the knife or where it came from before it was given to me.
It was in a right state with years of grime. On cleaning it up I immediately noticed the Asprey 166 Bond Street markings on the blades. I am not finished cleaning it yet but it already looks a million times better.
I am absolutely obsessed with vintage camping gear and bringing it back into every day use so was thrilled to be given anything to make good again.
I have contacted Asprey as i am really keen to know more about this knife, but the advised me that their archives were sadly destroyed and they suggested I contacted dealers to see if you could help provide more information on this lovely peice.
Cursory research via Google, I found a similar but not identical knife listed on this website at https://www.bexfield.co.uk/08/j230.htm.
Underneath the corkscrew there are numbers stamped 10155 that look like they have a small raised C or L before them. One blade is also marked Sheffield Made.
Asprey noted there may be some silver on the knife or silver plate, it is not hallmarked but Asprey say that was common on custom orders. It was obviously loved by someone to engrave their initials on the case. It also turns a polishing cloth black when rubbed on the case and D ring, but not on the blades.
I tried a magnet on the blades - very strong magnetic reaction - but on the case sides and D ring there is zero magnetic reaction.
It came in a brown old leather pouch - no markings on that.
I would be thrilled to learn more about this item - date, model, materials etc - and would be very grateful if you were able to provide me assistance in this.
