Playing around with PUMA knives...

I ordered a PUMA Bowie knife, the economy SBS series...well made blade, using German Solingen made steel...the handle was a terrible looking white bone material and not nicely finished...way to narrow for a good grip....so I opened my tool box and went to work...a bit fancy file work, a colored spacer and some real pretty European stag scales made this baby a useable looker! You be the judge!

Nice file work, and awesome stag. The red spacer really sets it off nicely.

The file work, red spacers, and stag make for a very good-looking knife. Now I want (and, of course, can't afford) one!
