Any info on a Queen 12e0

I just got this Queen trapper # 12 e0 and cant find any pattern number 12e0 any help would be great thanks
Your tang stamp was a bit hard to read, it looked like a '73-'75 stamp. Checked the Queen catalogue #50, it covers the years1972-1978 and there is a picture of a 12EO on page 5.
