richards lampost (foreign knives)

i came upon a small penknife. the blade was inscribed richards lampost with a picture of an old lampost. on the other side was stainless sheffield england. the other one was a knife in a rather ornate leather and brass sheath. the blade says arvenpaa finland. has anyone ever heard of either of these?

Richards made inexpensive shell-handles knives, between 1934-1982, in Sheffield. The lamppost was a trademark they brought from the family business in Germany (where they went under the name of "Richartz").

The other name I don't know, but hopefully someone here will be able to help.
