pocket knife repair

Greetings!
I have a couple pocket knives that need repair. I have a Remington single Barlow that I need a blade fitted and scales added, I have the blade for it. Also have a Remington whittler that I would like new scales put on, I'll provide the material. And I may have all the parts to a Remington muskrat to have put back together.
Could anyone suggest a good knife repair person that could help with these projects?
