This month’s store-owner-donated monthly knife giveaway features a very kind donation from the AAPK Store Philco and owner Phil Stevens who has decided to part ways with his Queen model #66 stockman in Amber Carved Stag Bone! This 3-blade beauty measures four inches closed and presents its D2 blades as if it was factory fresh. This knife comes complete with the original box. Good luck!

Instructions for entering the giveaway...

Simply click here and select a number between 0 and 999.

You will have until February 14th (6:00 P.M. Eastern) (Valentine’s Day ) to pick a number, after which entries will not be considered. The Illinois State Lottery evening pick-three drawing will determine the winner on February 14th. The individual closest to the selected number without going over will win. The Illinois lottery results can be found on the following website:

To be eligible to win, you must (a) be 18 years of age and (b) have made at least 100 total forum posts at the time of entering the monthly giveaway.

Please ensure that your Board Preferences Miscellaneous Notifications are set to notify you via email when someone sends you a Private Message (PM) to ensure the best opportunity for the time requirements below to be met.

The first-place winner will be sent an AAPK PM after the drawing and will have three days to respond with contact and shipping information. If the first-place winner does not respond within three days, the knife will be offered to the next player on the list without going over.

The next-place winner will be sent an AAPK PM, and they will have one day to respond with contact and shipping information. If the next-place winner does not respond within one day, the knife will be offered in the same manner to the next player on the list without going over.

We have a winner! QTCut5's pick of 165 was 19 away from the lottery number drawn last night making him the winner of that beautiful Queen #66 Stockman that Philco so graciously made available for this giveaway.

Sadly, we had 7 participants that were ineligible to win, one of which would have been the winner if they had met the minimum number of forum posts to be eligible to win. I take no joy in eliminating a participant and hope that this example can serve as a stimulus for others to only participate if they've met the eligibility criteria to win.

Wow! I can't believe I actually won such a cool knife . I'm still in shock because I never win contests or give aways. Believe it or not, this is the very first contest I have ever won in my entire life. Unbelievable. What a great feeling; I believe I could get addicted to this.

Mahalo, Phil, for the fantastic donation. I love Queen knives and ACSB is my all time favorite Queen handle material. I don't have any Stockman patterns in my collection, so this will be a one of a kind for me in that regard as well.

Here it is, folks...the gorgeous Queen #66 ACSB Stockman I was so fortunate to win. It's truly a beautiful knife and as I mentioned earlier, I love Queen knives especially with ACSB covers. Sweet, sweet knife...I couldn't be happier.

I absolutely LOVE it and I think it will fit right in quite nicely with my little Queen ACSB family.
