Another Schrade Cut Auto repair

Here's another auto that has sat in my shop for several years. There was a good deal of bone missing. The knife needed a release lock that I had in parts. This was a bit tricky in that all of the bone around the release and moving parts was missing. Again I forgot to take a picture before I started the repair but in the first picture you can see how much bone was missing.

Sweet! I am assuming that you used Acraglass? Whatever method, you artfully matched the color and jigging. Artistry!

Wow, that's a humdinger. You'd have to know where the repair was made to see it. NICE!

Thanks for all the compliments. I've been working in the shop quite bit lately. Not much else to do here in Upstate N.Y. winter.
