My grandson William is with a small group of college students over in Hungary and Romania. The have been there several days now to serve in the Ukrainian refugee camps. We don't know which one they are in and we haven't heard from them since they crossed the border into Romania somewhere near the Ukrainian border. They arrived in Hungary on the 9th and were on an overnight bus ride into Romania. I don't believe anything has happened, but the whole thing is just worrisome to me. Their scheduled departure date back to Texas is the 19th of December. Please pray for there safety and for the work they are doing over there. God Bless.

God bless them David. I have tremendous respect for these folks who have to courage to undertake a trip like that in order to help their fellow man. Hopefully they'll turn into tomorrows leaders. We could use a little more of that compassion. Praying for their safe return.

David,
We had a preacher that had a saying that might help at this time. He used to say, “There’s a fine line between worry and concern.”
Praying the Lord will keep them safe and their mission will honor the Lord.

There is always a certain vulnerability when traveling whether across continents or across town. It is appropriate then to enlist the aid of those angel guardians so graciously provided to each of us by our loving Father. I call upon my angel daily and ask him to assist those angels assigned to others for whom I am concerned. I do that now for your grandson and his companions.
I have had many experiences of being spared injury in cars, on bicycles, even on the more dramatic fields of battle. Twice I have heard instructions which spared me. I relate this only to encourage others who may wish to utilize their relationship with a spiritual support available to each of us.

Don't worry David, everything will be fine. I assume they are in the refugee centers next to the Siret checkpoint, that's in northern Romania. Romania is a settled and safe country, the food is good and the Romanian women are beautiful

. Nothing bad will happen to the boy.
When you see each other, congratulate him on my behalf for what they are doing.

Thank you Sir, I know he will be okay but still...

You know he is one of the grandkids that lived in Plovdiv for several years. Other than English he speaks a couple of other languages from that region.

Just want to say thank you to everyone that had William in your prayers. They left a couple of days early for some reason but after a delay in the Paris airport they are back in the USA and should be in Belton sometime today. I'm going down tomorrow to see Ray at the knife show and pick William up. He will spend a couple of days with us and then fly to Georgia to spend the holidays with his mom and dad. Cheryl and I praise the Lord for His mercy and grace and for protecting all of them while they were over there. We pray that their mission trip made a positive difference in the lives of many of the refugees. God bless all of you at AAPK for you faithfulness to pray for each other.

Praise God for the answer to so many heart felt prayers!
Thank you Father for the safe return of William and those with him. I pray that the area where they ministered will be forever changed and people will be born into Your Kingdom. Help us to live in the expectation that you will soon return for your bride!
Amen
